REFLEXOLOGY

A
complementary
APPROACH

Reflexology is a holistic, preventive and complementary approach that works on both the body and the mind.

It is an excellent way to reduce stress, release tension and better manage certain functional or emotional imbalances.

Reflexology is suitable for all ages (adults, teenagers, children and infants), unless there is a medical contraindication.

Sessions for children are always carried out in the presence of an adult.

SESSION DETAILS

Each session begins with a short discussion to review your physical or emotional imbalances and clarify your needs for the moment.

You are then comfortably installed, fully clothed, on a massage table, with a blanket if needed. I use organic sweet almond oil or jojoba oil for the areas being massaged.

A
practice with
ANCESTRAL roots

MTC (1).png

Reflexology has its roots in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), an ancient approach that views the human being as a whole — where body, mind and emotions are deeply interconnected.

According to this perspective, our vitality depends on the free flow of energy, called Qi, through an invisible network of channels known as meridians. When this energy circulates smoothly, the body functions with ease. Conversely, blockages or imbalances may show up as fatigue, tension, or physical and emotional discomfort.

Reflexology is based on the principle that each area of the foot, hand or face corresponds to an organ, gland or part of the body. By stimulating these reflex points, we encourage relaxation, improved energy flow and the body’s natural self-regulation abilities.

It is both an ancestral and deeply contemporary practice, inviting you to reconnect with yourself and restore inner harmony.
